  1. Wow. I found it really interesting to read the article about the little girl from the picture "Migrant Mother." That's wonderful that she learned from the extreme conditions her mother had to pull them through and decided she wasn't going to live like that anymore. I also found it interesting that her mother lived to be 80. It might be terrible of me to think this way, but I would have assumed that living under such stress and hard conditions, the "migrant mother" would have died at a younger age. I'm very impressed with that particular family and how they pulled together to survive. The girl from the photo told about the family getting a dog, which probably lifted their morale quite a bit. I just found the article very interesting and thought I would share :)
